The villa is laid out as follows

Ground Floor:

Large open plan state of the art kitchen with island that leads on to the dining area and through to the beautiful lounge with floor to ceiling windows that show magnificent sea views across the infinity pool.

• Double bedroom with en-suite shower and door leading out to the pool terrace with views across the infinity pool to the sea.
• Stunning outside space with large 13 by 5 meter pool, childrens pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, outside shower, separate shaded sofa space and an outside dining table for 10 guests.

First Floor:

• Three further bedrooms, one twin and two doubles, all with en-suite bathrooms and balconies and superb sea views.

Second Floor:

• Top floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large terrace/balcony and magnificent views over Kalkan and Kalamar bay.
• Separate terrace area for late afternoon sunbathing

Outside:

• Huge outside space with larger than average infinity pool, a well thought out children's pool and comfortable sun loungers sitting in low level water,
• Pool Dimensions:

The pool is 13 meters by 5 meters and 1.70 deep at its deepest. The childrens pool is 5 by 3 meters and 0.3 meters deep. There is also a jacuzzi built into one end of the main pool. There is also a purpose built shallow water area for some sunbeds to lay so that you can dangle your feet in the cool waters whilst sunbathing.
