Located right in front of our own Asfiya Sea View hotel the beautiful Villa Alpaslan is another welcome addition to our exceptional private villa portfolio. With four gorgeous bedrooms all with unbeatable sea views, this contemporary and spacious villa offers a exceptionally high level of accommodation.

With a mixture of tiles and wooden decking surrounding the infinity pool, the outside terrace is spacious and beautifully designed. The terrace also benefits from sunshine all day and the comfortable sun-loungers and rattan furniture adds a touch of class to this outstanding villa.

Large sliding glass fronted doors give the villa’s interior lovely light and of course provide fantastic sea views from the comfort of the sofas. Clean simple and classy lines make this villa highly desirable and an excellent choice for both families or a group of friends.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

 Ground Floor:

•  Large open plan living, dining + kitchen area with glass frontage allowing light to flood into the property and making the best of the sea views. Doors open out onto the pool terrace.
•  There are two bedrooms on this level – each of these has an en-suite shower room and terrace area with sea view.

 First Floor:

•  There are two further bedrooms on this level – again, each of these has a spacious sea view balcony and en-suite facilities (the Master bedroom en-suite has a Jacuzzi bath plus a shower).

 Outside the villa:

•  Large infinity pool.  Spacious terrace with comfortable furnishing, al-fresco dining area, ample sunloungers and parasols. Table tennis is provided on the terrace.
